Condition: New. I can see that the instructions and parts are in the box. A couple mounting bracket corners on one end are slightly bent from previous shipping as shown. They can be bent back into place when you install the screen. I did not see a control, so it may not be included (although I think it might be inside the case itself since there is no room in the box for the control otherwise). The screen is sold with the assumption that you will need to get a control.
