I couldn't find any identifying marks on this cutter, so I don't know the manufacturer and model number.

It seems to be easy to use. With the blade up, start the engine, which starts the blade. Lower the blade by using the crank lever in the area of the handles, which will cut into the roof. The crank adjusts the cutting depth.

It has lifting eyes built into the top so you can lift it with a crane up to the roof. Roof cutters are designed to cut through one layer (or often more) of flat commercial roofing for removal.

Condition: Used. Started up and ran easily on the first pull. The crank adjusted the blade depth OK even though the rod is a bit bent. The blade may need sharpening or replacement. Due to previous use, it has lots of cosmetic marks, a few weld repairs and the upper frame is a little bent so that one handle is a little lower than the other. The pull start recoil is also a bit weak.
